Bill McGinnis President & CEO, National Technical Systems, Inc.
Mr. McGinnis is President and CEO of NTS and is also a member of the Board of Directors. He has been with National Technical Systems for over 28 years and has held many roles in the organization. Currently he is responsible for planning, organization, budgeting, and directing all management and operational activities for NTS and all its subsidiaries. Mr. McGinnis established overall strategic initiatives and growth goals for the company, using many of the Balanced Scorecard tools and SEA philosophies. He is a focused and decisive leader with a solid track record of optimizing revenue, profit and competitive edge. Mr. McGinnis holds a Bachelor’s of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Massachusetts at Lowell. |

Mr. Dwight Moore, PE is Chief Operating Officer for NTS. In this role, he has responsibility for all Engineering, Operational, and Sales activities. Mr. Moore has over eighteen years of experience leading test laboratories and engineering services. He has a track record of building company value through effective and efficient process improvement and the implementation of "best practices". Under Mr. Moore's leadership, NTS has experienced record growth through organic and acquisition initiatives. |

Mario Robles, CEO, MPC Industrial Products
Mario Robles joined MPC Industries in 2007 as General Manager and in 2011 was named CEO. Throughout his career Mario has specialized in operations management and continuous process improvement efforts in Operations, Logistics and Quality Divisions. He has multiple industry experience including High End Corporate Furniture (Steelcase), Recreational Vehicles (Alfa Leisure) Medical Precision Fabrication (Fabcon) and Aerospace & Defense (MPC Industries). |
