Supplier Excellence Alliance (SEA) 2008 Roadmap Criteria Announced
IRVINE, Calif., March 26, 2008 – Supplier Excellence Alliance (SEA) Board Chairman,
Michael G. Beason announced the release of the SEA Roadmap and Criteria for 2008. The
SEA Roadmap has been adopted by the aerospace, defense and space industry for defining the
path to Operational Excellence. Those criteria, updated annually, are the basis for SEA
Certification and the Annual SEA Aerospace & Defense Supply Chain Awards.
The SEA Roadmap provides the process standard in four critical areas of a supplier’s
organization: Leadership & Culture, Workforce Development, Operational Excellence, and
Business Results.
SEA Certification is the industry certification that provides an independent method for gauging
progress against Roadmap criteria.
