Supplier Excellence Alliance (SEA) installs Lockheed Martin’s Thomas Plungis as new SEA President
Irvine, California – November 10, 2006 – Supplier Excellence Alliance (SEA) announced its 2007 schedule of Member Conferences.
SEA Member Conferences are educational forums that focus on the critical challenges facing small and mid-sized aerospace and defense suppliers. Member conferences are hosted by SEA member companies and typically include:

Site visit focusing on a state-of-the-art manufacturing process |

Panel discussions on learning gained from the site visit focusing on both implications and opportunities for suppliers |
• |
Critical supply chain challenges and issues assessed and discussed by industry leaders |
• |
Presentations by supplier companies on their results gained from implementation of the SEA Lean Enterprise System - the uniform business system now being deployed across the industry |

April 5 – hosted by Rockwell Collins in Cedar Rapids, IA |

June 14 – hosted by Cessna Aircraft Company in Wichita, KS |

September 20 – hosted by Lockheed Martin Corporation in Bethesda, MD |

November 7 – hosted by The Boeing Company in Huntington Beach, CA (also includes a golf tournament and awards dinner on November 6) |
