Omni Associates, Inc. Launches the Supplier Excellence Alliance Lean Enterprise System

Irvine, California – June 26, 2007 – Omni Associates, Inc., located in Haysville, Kansas, is launching the implementation of the Supplier Excellence Alliance (SEA) Lean Enterprise System.

The Lean Enterprise System (LES) is the continuous improvement system developed by aerospace, defense, and space suppliers. The LES helps suppliers build new capabilities that will enable them to better support the emerging needs of their customers. The LES also helps establish a culture where lean production principles and standard work are applied throughout the organization to ensure sustained improvements in delivery and quality while reducing lead times and cost.

Omni Associates, Inc., founded in 1994, is an aerospace engineering and manufacturer of electrical wiring assemblies, machined components, and electromechanical assemblies. The company also provides stocking and kitting to support OEM production demand. Omni’s customer base includes Cessna Aircraft Company, Hawker Beechcraft, L3 Communications and Garmin International, among others. It occupies two facilities totaling 23,000 sq. ft. in the Wichita, Kansas area.

Omni’s core competency is designing and manufacturing detail parts and assemblies to aerospace standards. It focuses on providing solutions on time and within budget. In addition to its current product offering, Omni provides build-to-print and reverse engineering services. Omni is ISO9001 and AS9100 certified.
